Take a flight on the Seaplane, enjoying a unique take-off and landing from Grand Harbour or Sliema Creek waters. Flights are in operation at various times of the day, all through the week.

30-minute ‘Scenic Tour’ flights, flying at 1,000 feet above, offer an exhilarating experience where one gets a birds’ eye view of the Maltese archipaelago. This flight goes all the way up to the most northern tip of Gozo, coming back over Comino. Offers an excellent opportunity for one-off photography.

10-minute flights to Gozo (and return) are also in operation, with Mgarr Harbour serving as the seaplane’s landing and mooring base.

Fast and easy check-in facilities are close to the Seaplane mooring at the Valletta Waterfront, within the Sea Passenger Terminal or for from Sliema Ferries near the bus terminus (twice a week)

Individual, as well as corporate, group and private-charter bookings are accepted.

Harbour Air Seaplanes is the first all-seaplane airline to be granted a full Air Operators licence (AOC) in Malta.

Trading under Harbour Air (Malta) Ltd since 2007, and having private Maltese majority shareholding, the Company is backed by and has Harbour Air Inc. (Canada) as its partner, the largest seaplane operator in the world with over 25 years experience in the field. Its Canadian partner has provided the knowledge and expertise required to run a successful and efficient seaplane service in Malta.

Based within Valletta’s majestic natural Grand Harbour, Harbour Air run by a professional team of personnel amongst whom are long-standing engineers, and experienced pilots serving as flight and ground operations’ management. With its three customer-service and retail outlets, the Company is committed to provide optimum service, comfort, security and safety to all its passengers.

Harbour Air (Malta) Ltd’s current seaplane in operation is a turbine DHC-3 ‘De Havilland’ Single Otter, with a maximum capacity of 14 passengers.
